false grip

HI! I'm new to the system and I am a little confused about the false grip. Can someone give me some details or pictures? I ordered the ring system a few days ago, and can't wait to get started trying the muscleups (I can do 60 plus dips and 20 consecutive pullups, so I should be good to go!) Thanks!

False Grip

Siamseer,
I just shipped out your order yesterday, so you will have them soon!
The false grip is pretty much the key to the muscle up and many strength moves. With your numbers I think you are ready. Although, I can say that your dip numbers are about to take a nose dive! They are a bit harder on rings.
Anyways, the false grip is when you lay your wrist over the ring. It is similar to a gooseneck grip, except you still grip the ring with your thumb and fingers. I will be putting pictures into my website this weekend. If you look at the picture at the top of the ringtraining.com website, the kind of cartoony looking one at the top left corner of every page, that is a false grip.
You can also go to http://www.crossfit.com. Go to their exercises section and check out the muscle-up video.
Also, go to the member's training guide (I sent you your password, let me know if you didn't get it) and check out the Rings Basics article and the Muscle-up article. They both discuss the false grip.
