3x3 attempted dip swing to handstand
2x8 handstand pushups
3x10 pseudo planche pushups (feet raised)
4x6 cross pullouts
3x5 rings flys
3x5 pseudo front lever pullups
1x6 widegrip pullups
3x10 pseudo planche pushups again

felt pretty good. body was pretty much wasted though

just put my feet up on a 2 foot block, lean over as far as i can which is about 45 degrees or a bit more and do a set of pushups. it's really hard if you do it right.

Is it when you do an assisted front lever (with feet on a box) and do pull ups?

Yeah, they are more like tucked front lever pullups. I just like to call them pseudo because they are.. fake :P

However, I also do ones with my feet on a block about a foot below where I grab onto. Those are good too.

When you start feeling better give this a try:if you`ve got any ankle or wristweights handy put them on a belt and wear it while you do your crosspullouts.I don`t know if it will work, but I am giving it a try.I am going to train this way for a couple of weeks and then go for the cross!I found some of your posts on crossfit, always interesting to read!

That's a good idea actually. I have noticed that the strength seems to be coming slower now that I can do them decently easy. Also, I have work regular clothes when I've done it and it seems a bit harder like that so this might be the extra "stimulus" that my body needs to get the strength/hypertrophy.

Try to keep a training journal handy when you workout.I have and I can go back and see what I did in1997 for example. It is especially handy if you think you haven`t made any progress.Go back and see what you did last year and you are always pleasantly surprised!Hope you don`t mind me commenting sometimes(I always read evryones logs, there is always something I can steal  ).
