GB WOD- rings routine x3, pppu 3x10

today:
1x21 back squat
2x5x each leg BSS
1x21 back squat

yesterday:
3x5 back lever pull outs
3x muscle up- 5 dips
3x20 second pseudo planche static

still incredibly sore from the squats i did several days ago, might wait another day to do legs.

OHS x 5, 5 pull ups, press @ 135, 3 sets
clean pull 3x5 @ 255lbs
