Hello, my name is Michael. I have sent two emails out to info@ringtraining.com without a return email. Given that the 4th has just passed, I assume that you all had the day(s) off, even though my credit card was charged the same day I made the purchase (July 3, 2010). However, I am trying to email you not to prod as to when my order will arrive, but to ask you how long it will take to SHIP the product out. I ordered the Elite Rings, which navigates to the Elite Rings 2, but see that it is not available in the United States. I am NOT interested in waiting for the product to ship from another country and am MORE than willing to shell out the extra $11 or so dollars and buy the EXF Rings. I am just trying to make contact before any more of the ordering process has taken place. I also see that there is no phone number of which I can actually speak to a representative for this company. To my dismay, I have read quite a few concerns that others have had regarding the time table on receiving a product. I truly hope that this situation does not amount to the same. I am eagerly awaiting a customer service representative's reply.....any at all. Thank you.
