Beginners Workout

I am a new ring owner and interested in what is a excellant training program for a novice. I have the ebook and I wanted input from someone who was a novice and got advice from a more experinced person. I am looking for frequency,duration and intensity just a good push in the right direction any help out there ?

Do you have any specific goals in mind?
You might also take a look at the training logs section and see how some other people have constructed their workouts. And also, there are some guidelines in the eBook on how to construct workouts.
